Peak Physical Therapy

I’ve been to several physical therapy clinics over the years, and this is by far the best experience I’ve had. The team clearly knows what they’re doing and takes the time to explain what’s going on and why the exercises matter. I’ve seen better results here than anywhere else, and I’ve learned a lot about how to manage and improve my condition moving forward. Highly recommend.

If you're ok with a PT that ushers you in, does his/her thing then ushers you out, fine. But if you're looking for a group that puts your comfort first, works with you, and still gets remarkable results go to PEAK Physical Therapy in Nampa. Brandon and his team put your comfort first while working as a team to help your recovery as quickly and painlessly as possible. They ensure that YOU are part of the team. Did I forget to mention that they are fun, engaging, and as warm as the warm pad they put on you at the end of the session?!

I had the pleasure of working with Brandon, Zach, Nicole, and Bri. Very customer-centric, very knowledgeable, very professional, very kind, and very, very helpful in managing the pain and limited mobility in my shoulders. I was quite surprised that Physical Therapy would be so effective in reversing the pain and increasing my range of motion. Very grateful they gave such solid help and taught me how to keep (and even extend) the gains we made in therapy. Easily a 6 (on a scale of 1-5)! The people at Peak were a joy to work with! The only downside was they were all so friendly, I’m really going to miss our time together.

Hands down the best PT place out there! They make you feel comfortable, heard and cared for. Zack is amazing! Great personality, fun and very knowledgeable. Also Brandon, Bree, and Nicole! All amazing!

Before and after my hip replacement, Peak Physical Therapy developed plans to build my strength, balance, and range of motion. I was prepared after my surgery to begin the process for full recovery. Physical therapy was the best thing I could have done for myself! I feel great, I am pain free, and I am enjoying my flexibility and mobility thanks to Josh. He is kind, professional, and committed to each and every one that he works with. I am a multi year fan of Peak!!
