Peachtree Immediate Care - Snellville

Staff was friendly from the front to the back, offices were clean . I was annoyed though... I made an appointment for 3:20 and was not seen until 4:15. What's the point of an appointment? I noticed people checking in for their appointments for 20 minute intervals. Maybe they aren't staffed enough and need to slow down on the booking. I give 4 stars because the saving grace was friendliness.

Everyone was extremely nice. It was very clean and pleasantly decorated with nice light from windows. My wait time was about 20 minutes, so that was great. I thought the technician and doctor were very thorough and appreciated that they were very respectful and willing to listen.

I appreciate all the staff members who helped me. I would like to thank Dr. Kalid for taking his time patiently, ordering the CT scan and MRI, and identifying the problem. I also want to thank the day and night nurses who assisted me so well. Special thanks to the nutrition doctor, who was very thoughtful and kind and provided me with Ensure so I could regain some energy. Everyone treated me well, and I am very grateful. Peace

The representative was very nice, the person that checked my vitals was really nice and my doctor went above and beyond for me. Dr Angela Muhammad MD. I have never been excited before to come back for a follow up with my doctor. Thanks Peachtree for having having such a wonderful staff.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The PA followed up with me the next day which was not expected, showing genuine care for my health. I hope I don’t need urgent care services anytime soon, but should I or a family member, this is where we will go.
