Short wait time. Staff very professional and courteous. All staff was great. Sydney is exceptional. Very informative. Explained diagnosis to me where I could understand and answered all my questions. She even called after I left to check up on me. I recommend this facility to everyone.

Dr. Was informative friendly kind and very pleasant. Nursing asst was the same. Your front desk reception walk in from getting her breakfast pass us sitting and waiting she did not look at us No good morning are u being help. Nothing. Someone should remind her the front desk is the first representation of the urgent care to the patient . Overall experience was very good.

Fantastic experience. Only waited 4 mins. I was seen immediately by nurse who tested for different things. Results were brought in by Dr. Matt within 10 mins. He made RX recommendations & immediately ordered the meds. Feeling better already! Thank u Dr. Matt!!

Wonderful! Friendly staff that quickly and with high courtesy, diagnosed the problem, answered my technical questions then went to work. An X-Ray and a temp splint later I was headed home! 2nd time I’ve been there. Both time I figure I saved about 16 total hours waiting in an Emergency Room. I just needed to get the prognosis then go home and rest. Recommend these folks any day of the week. They had an ER Doctor and a PA on medical, and a professional receptionist. Good.hands!

Had a great experience at this urgent care. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. The provider listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable. The facility was clean, and the overall visit was smooth. Highly recommend.
