Peachtree Immediate Care - Hiram

We had a fine experience. We checked online first and booked an appointment; they sent us a link to fill out all the registration beforehand. When we showed up, they were expecting us, and they treated our child well. We were in and out within an hour (remember we booked online about two hours precious). Everything was friendly; the nurse actually got out kid several stickers. We felt cared for and welcomed. We've been here three times and been pleased every time with the care. Yes, there will be peak times when you will wait a while, but it's immediate care, not a hospital or a primary practice. Thus far, all diagnoses and prescribed medicines have worked out great. Grateful.

Check in was fast and simple; this is important when you are not feeling well. Everyone is proficient, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The staff: Nurses, doctors, NP’s, etc. take time with you; check everything and start to provide you with the best medical care they can provide to you; they discharge you with ALL the information you need to follow up with another or your own physicians; if anything comes up afterwards in your labs, they will make SEVERAL efforts to contact you; they continue until they reach you. I have been here twice, and each experience has been great. I do recommend this facility as an alternative to a NON EMERGENCY (not a life threatening condition) trip to the hospital emergency room.

The medical assistant/nurse I saw was amazing. I wish I could rember his name. He was very kind and thorough. Easiest swabs and shot I have ever had. He took the time to explain everything he was going to do before doing it. Sometimes at doctor's offices you feel like a number and not like a person. They treated me like a person they cared about. Great service, I would highly recommend.

Everybody in the office was so nice! I spent little time waiting while I was here and they saw me quickly. The provider listened to my concerns and addressed everything well. I will definitely be returning the next time I need an urgent care.

From the time I entered the office I was greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. I am an older person and this made me feel that these people were interested in me. Everyone that helped me did everything in a professional manner. My wait time was short I was late for my appointment and I apologized for that all was good. I highly recommend this office.
