First in line, staff cheerful pleasant morning greeting. Personal information accessed quickly, as a new patient checking went quickly. Short wait, staff very attentive and polite, doctor above average, spoke with candor explaining details, extremely professional, conveyed information, cleaned surgical site, rebandaged, called in new prescriptions, very precise changing bandages with nurse's attentiveness. All staff above and beyond. Was a. Good experience.

My visit was incredible. There was a slight wait however all office staff from the front desk to the Dr. everybody was very nice and helpful. I would totally recommend taking your child to this location.

Today was my first time visiting this hospital for a relative. Every staffs I asking for information was helpful. LT. M. Oliver provided Exceptional & Outstanding customer serving. She went over and beyond her job to make sure our visit went well. Staffs were friendly and politely the whole visit.

The facility was very clean and very well organized. Due to shortage of staff we did have a longer wait time then expected. But we were in they were very professional and quick.

Very disappointed in this place. Took my wife in for an injury to her hand. They took x ray and said the finger was broken and that they had to remove the nail to see if there was trauma to the nail bed. Well, after they removed the nail we were told they had no stitches to sew the laceration. Now we are at Piedmont Fayette ER and were told that the nail should’ve never been removed and now it’s considered an open fracture and my wife is on an IV drip of antibiotics. This all started around 1 pm today and is 6pm now. Your urgent “care” is anything but that today. You have caused my wife more pain and anxiety than was needed because of the incompetence today. If you do not have the tools and supplies to treat someone, then don’t do the damn procedure unless you have the damn supplies. Very
