Peachtree Immediate Care - Douglasville

This is a great place to come when you need help quickly. Very easy to set up an appointment, I did mine through their website. Not a long wait at all, at most maybe 10 minutes. The ladies at the front desk are very polite, the MAs are very kind and polite as well. The PA, Ms. Patel, is a fantastic healthcare professional. She was very kind to me, thoughtful, and very reassuring throughout the two visits I had. I really don’t have the words to say how awesome she is with patients and at her job. Very much recommended coming here!

My My visit to Peachtree urgent care was very good. The staff was very professional. The nurse Very caring and and paid attention to detail. The doctor that saw me was indeed amazing. She was bright cheerful attentive to my need and very attentive to my are the issues that would affect her treatment. If anything would draw me back to Peachtree medical care would Be caring of the nurse and especially the doctor that treated me. I felt very comfortable going there and would actually drive out of my way to go back again.

My experience with this facility was amazing. I made an appointment so I could be seen quickly. Starting with the young lady at the front desk. She was polite and very helpful. Just delightful. The doctor’s assistant who took my vitals was friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. She was caring, patient and asked all the right questions. Dr. Lewis was the best. She made me feel comfortable and when I had questions she was sure to answer any questions I had in lay terms to my understanding. She addressed all my concerns. Overall it was a great experience despite the fact that it was an urgent care visit. I wish I felt this well taken care of with all my medical care providers! Keep up the good work.

I had a great experience at this urgent care. I was taken care of quickly, and the staff was efficient and kind. PA Gamble is absolutely top tier—she truly takes the time to listen to her patients, explains things clearly, and makes you feel heard and cared for. That level of attention and compassion makes all the difference. I’m very grateful for the excellent care I received and would highly recommend this urgent care to others.

Both of my parents were sick. I got one of them an appointment and they were able to work in the other so they could both be seen at the same time. That was much appreciated! This facility definitely needs another Doctor. Ours was great and focused on their need.
