Peachtree Immediate Care - Cartersville

I was able to register with ease, was given an early morning appointment, and was greeted by a very friendly receptionist upon arrival. I was called back right away by a pleasant and professional medical assistant, and was promptly treated by a nurse practitioner who was also very pleasant and caring. I highly recommend this health care provider to anyone in need of medical services.

Great experience. Easy to set up appointment and get the preliminary paperwork done and shorten “waiting room” time. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A bit disappointed in the lack of cleanliness. Our mind goes crazy wondering, is that blood? Someone bring a drink that spilled…? Especially in the exam room. However, I have been to other countries where things are a bit different. We are very pampered here in the USA

Dr. Harris and his nurse were THE absolute best. I had been sick for 11 days and I was so discouraged and weary. They were super patient with me, thorough with their exam and communication about what they were seeing, and the doctor gave me detailed instructions about how to care for myself well and use the prescribed meds along with things I had at home. The nurse was so gentle with her swabs and the injection I was given. I felt like they really cared about me and felt compassion toward me and wanted to see me get better. I felt so encouraged and important when I left. Next time, I may call ahead and schedule a visit when Dr. Harris will be there! 😅 He was such a special blessing!!

Called and made an appointment and was greeted by a very professional, helpful and polite employee. Once arrived, treatment from start to finish was the same. Dr. Gunter was super friendly and had great bedside manner that seems to be lost in this profession. I highly recommend Peachtree Immediate Care in Cartersville. Thank you for the care you provided.

I have been twice now and each time I come there is literally no one in the office. I have had appointments both times. Twice I have had to sit and wait an hour after my appointment time to get in. I can hear people in the back (nurses, front office assistants) just laughing and playing around. I will never go there again. They treat it like we are still in Covid mode and allow one patient in the back at a time.
