Peachtree Immediate Care - Bonaire

This clinic is extremely disappointing. The staff consistently appear to do the bare minimum or LESS, and the level of professionalism is lacking. It is concerning. I cannot recommend this facility based on my experience. Management needs to seriously review how their staff are treating patients and the level of medical care being provided. Basic services, such as stitching a simple wound, were declined because it was considered “hard to stitch.” That is unacceptable for an urgent care facility. Have you been to other urgent care? If patients cannot receive standard basic treatment, it raises the question of what this urgent care is truly there for. Excellent, excellent experience! I made a mistake and showed up at the wrong location. The receptionist was very friendly and ensured it would be fine! And said they could see me and to not worry. My visit was not even an hour! The doctor was very knowledgeable. I recommend this facility; the location is great! Customer service is great! And I am beyond pleased w the care I received here.

All the staff were so nice and friendly. Dr. Monde-Jones took the time to explain what was happening and the meds she prescribed started helping immediately. The problems I had were: 1. I was the first to be seen and already was seen a little late. My wife’s appointment (an hour later) was even more of a wait. 2. I called a little later and just got a recording. I left a message to call me back; it never happened. One of my wife’s prescriptions was not available where it was called in. I wanted to have it called in somewhere else. She still does not have it.

The courtesy and care received here was outstanding! The online scheduling made check-in easy and quick. The wait was minimal.The check in staff was professional and friendly. The nurse was knowledgeable, kind, and reassuring to my daughter. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and professional, even when I had trouble communicating with her. Due to the nature of the visit, my daughter received a check up call afterwards to make sure everything was continuing to go okay. We had such a positive experience, that we will definitely go to this immediate care again.

I have visited this facility many times over the past two years since living in Warner Robins and have always been treated with kindness and respect—until today. I came in feeling ill and ended up waiting over an hour just for insurance verification, this is done upon checking, not over an hour of waiting. I understand waiting to see medical staff that long, but this delay was unnecessary and frustrating, especially since my insurance information is already on file. The staff member questioned my coverage and why I didn’t have my card with me. I have Tricare through my husband’s retirement and VA healthcare as a 100% disabled veteran.
