Bonaire Med-Stop

This urgent care was great and was probably the most efficient medical office I've ever been to. Everyone from the front staff to the medical staff were very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I had a very simple issue and was in and out in 30 minutes.

Wife went here a month ago for the flu. They gave her multiple meds. A month later I go there and they say I have the flu. Dr refused to give me anything and told me to go the hospital. What good is this urgent care. Wasted my time. First time I had a bad experience here

The staff here were awesome! Very attentive and caring. They got patients back and seen by the doctor as quickly as they could. Rooms were sprayed down between patients. Despite the obviously heavy workload on all the Healthcare providers because of covid, they all had really good attitudes and were pleasant to interact with. A big thank you to all the Bonaire medstop staff!!

Took my son in for the Flu, apparently I was suppose to follow up with his personal dr? No one told me that. The medicine they prescribed did nothing. He’s still sick 4 days later. Kind of ridiculous.

The front desk person was very good, then the nurse took me in the back to see why I was there so I told her why and then she started acting like she was the Dr. telling me that there was nothing they could do. She started telling me how to take the meds.I was on I'm 64 years old I know how to take meds I know my body she don't I just wanted to see a Dr she made me feel like you just need to leave and she finally shut up. So I was getting ready to leave and she stuck her head in the door and the Dr would be in. Now the NP I seen was excellent she listened to me and I her and she helped me with prescription that might help I would see her again if I didn't have to see that nurse.
