Peachtree Children's Dentistry Gainesville

We have been coming here for over 5 years. The over scheduling just eventually got to me. So if you want to wait 30 mins in the lobby and then another 20mins to see the actual dentist then this is the place for you! I have 3 kids that come here and for the past year it’s been like this, not just a once in a while the dentist got caught up with an emergency or other situation,it’s just every time! Sad because my kids love this dentist, but my time is valuable as well.

The doctor and staff were great but I didn’t appreciate the 30 minute wait and zero privacy while my child got her teeth cleaned. They seemed super sweet and polite, but extremely understaffed. When I schedule a doctors appointment I expect more privacy while getting an exam done and I expect one to one ratios. I’ll be looking for a different dental office in the future.

What an incredible experience. My daughter had to go under anesthesia for some dental work, and the staff was FANTASTIC. They made her feel so comfortable and went back all by herself with the nurses. She now loves the dentist and has no fear whatsoever. Thank you so much!

If i can put zero i would. We waited for months and finally got a call saying they had a spot earlier for us. It was for 1pm. Arrived 5 min early. And still waited 45 min. And I knew we will wait for longer since there was a good amount of people ahead of us. Never set a time if cant properly take more clients.

My son (4 years old ) was so nervous about going to the dentist. I told him how exciting and fun it would be. Meanwhile, I’m in my head praying that the experience will come through as I had promised my son. Well, let me tell you, Dr. Ballad and the ENTIRE team far exceeded my every expectation and of course my promise to my son. My son not only had smiles the entire time but he was so excited about the after care goodies he received. When asked if he’d return, he gladly shouted, “YES, Mommy!!!” Thank you team, we’ve found a WINNER!! We’ll see you soon!! 🤗
