Peaceful Dental Care - East Windsor

I have liberty dental through Aetna Medicaid. Their doctor is currently not credited so I can’t make an appt yet which sucks because I can only go to this dentist. The receptionist said the dr was offering a cleaning and xrays for $89 out of pocket.

Dr. Xiu I think was his name honestly he never really introduced himself in few years I put up with this dentist office, hopefully vanished off the face of the earth. He pulled many MANY teeth uncaring because I had Medicaid and he was cheap. Medicaid covered root canals and crowns so I don’t know what his problem was. I got less and less replies. The last thing he did was pull one of my freaking front teeth and got partial dentures. Now I have bone loss after about 8 weeks. Not once did he ever warn me or enlighten me to the potential of this. I am terrified and in agony all the time.

The doctor and the staff were friendly enough but couldn’t really help me. I understand the doctor had to refer me to a specialist because it’s not a procedure a general dentist do. The front desk staff, on the other hand, were totally clueless on how to communicate with the specialist’s office or how to do referrals. I was very frustrated because I work in a medical office. Things that are everyday-1-minute tasks in my office took Dr. Xu’s office a week and still couldn’t be accomplished.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The office had a very positive and clean atmosphere. Dr. Xu was extremely friendly and courteous and had excellent bedside manner. Although it was my first visit, I felt like I've known him for years. What a great experience.

went in loving my smile.. no gap. left absolutely hating my smile.. with a gap. small but noticeable. why?! how?! only came in for a cleaning. i hate smiling now. hate pictures! & when i do smile, people i know are asking me about the gap.. I HATE IT! * nothing wrong with having a gap. but i did not have one. so leaving an appointment with one.. it’s weird. currently on a search to correct it & help gain my confidence back.
