I had such a great experience at this office today! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted right away and treated with kindness and respect. Ashley and Brandy were both so sweet and made me feel comfortable from the start. I was extremely nervous because this was my very first oral surgery, but they truly helped calm my fears and made the whole experience so much better. And I definitely can’t forget Dr. Anderson — he’s the star of the show! He extracted my wisdom tooth with minimal pain, and honestly, I expected it to be much worse. He did a phenomenal job and made the entire process quick and easy. I’m so thankful to the whole team for turning something I was dreading into such a positive experience

Dr. Erik Anderson performed a flawless tooth extraction. He made sure I was in no pain during my multiple tooth extraction. Both Dr. Anderson and the dental assistant were very mindful about my concerns and addressed them with professionalism. I could tell right away that Dr. Anderson cared about my health and offered solutions. The office was extremely clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. My only complaint is that one staff member during my check in and check out was very rude and it showed by the expression on her face and the tone of voice she used. Literally no eye contact as she was on her phone and computer. This woman was also the one who scheduled my appointment. She made me feel off put by COMS before walking in the door. My mother had a very disappointing experience at this dental office today. She was transported from her nursing facility via medical transport, as she is unable to walk and this is the only way she can attend appointments. Her appointment was scheduled for 2:30 PM, and due to the medical transportation — which is completely out of our control — she arrived at 2:47 PM (12–13 minutes late). Despite the circumstances involving a non-ambulatory senior patient, the office refused to see her. He truly works like a magician, so skilled, gentle, and precise that it honestly felt like nothing ever happened. His talent and calm, kind demeanor immediately put me at ease, and the entire procedure was seamless from start to finish.
