Outstanding Care!!!! Dr Susan saw me on an emergency basis and she was Extremely Kind and Professional!! The Entire Staff is Exceptional , Very Kind and they are now my New Dentist 🦷! The office is Exceptionally Clean, modern equipment and they saw me same day for my tooth issue I highly recommend her Practice!

The dentist and hygienist are excellent — my cleaning and check-up went very well, and I was happy with their care. The issue is with scheduling and billing. Earlier this year, the office scheduled my cleaning before 6 months had passed, which caused my insurance to deny the claim. Because of that, I had to pay $100 out of pocket. At my most recent visit, the same mistake almost happened again — the front desk scheduled my next cleaning for February, only 5 months later. If I hadn’t noticed and called, I could have ended up paying again. While the dentist and hygienist are great, patients really need to double-check their cleaning schedule with insurance so they don’t get stuck with unnecessary bills.

Absolutely great experience. I would recommend Dr Cherian and her team to anyone needing dental work in the East Windsor area.

Windsor Dental is absolutely fantastic! Scheduling was very easy and they were very accommodating. Dr. Cherian did an exceptional job addressing my dental issues, always ensuring my procedures were comfortable, and clearly addressing any of my questions and concerns. She would take time to explain my options and helped me make honest, informed decisions. Billing was hassle free. I cannot recommend them enough!

I’m new to the area and was looking for a dentist close to home and I’m so happy I found Dr. Cherian! I had a great first appointment. The front desk was welcoming and friendly. The hygienist was also very nice and gave me great tips for keeping my teeth healthy and the doctor was just as friendly.
