Peace Health Hospital- Firstenburg Tower

My mom had knee replacement surgery at Peacehealth in November, and she had to stay few days here. The experience was horrible with nurses on floor #8. Worst night nursing staff ever. Nurses ignored patients. Mom called light on and had to wait more than 30 minutes for help to go the restroom. They showed up in the room very late, when my mom already peed in her pant. One time she couldn’t wait and tried to go with the walker and fell on the floor. A very rude dayshift nurse Nancy that we can't forget. Anytime she came in the room with very rude attitude. My mom asked her help, she came in and said “you can walk yourself” . How could she go by herself when she just had knee surgery? If she could, she wouldn’t have asked you. Watch out for noc shift crew! They're rude, blunt, and short to your face, and will try to leave even when you have more than 2 questions needing answered! Then will immediately TALK crap right out the door when they close it.. I can hear them clear as day..Do not go to the mother Joseph side that doesn't even pop up on google. I could go on and on about the even WORSE and questionable things they're doing with my overall care and feeling overall safe here. Being treated as bed bound, when I'm actually not and I'm 24 years old btw...

They violated me by putting me to sleep against my will several times. They treated me like an animal. They did not give me my medication which caused an adverse reaction. They had me moving around on the floor and on the bed. It made my mesh come loose. Distance from the hernia operation in 2017. I went home with the mesh loose. When I got home from the hospital it was totally loose. Went back to the hospital for the second operation and the doctor tried to stuff a air hose down my throat while I was throwing up. The nurse screamed doctor what are you doing. Finally he let me stop throwing up I went back to sleep and then he did the operation. Another time a nurse let me up to this room in the corner of the building abandon room. And this man they're put me to sleep with a needle and viol

My Family are discriminated for socioeconomic reasons and Denied bathroom access although we have gastrological health issues a like stated in section 1636 of the wa.
