PCH Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics

This was my first visit. Pleasant and courteous staff. Front desk (Cici, Crystal) as well as doctor's assistants (Amber and others) Up-To-Date equipment. Dr. Kim answered all my questions. Did not sell "deep cleaning". I am encouraging my wife to use this clinic. I recommend them as being professional and affordable. PS Cici has agreed to listen to my 6 songs.

This office is really good. Two women at front desk were very nice and personable. Only waited 5 minutes and then went back with Amber who is really nice and knowledgeable with a great personality. Dr. Lee was subbing for Dr. Kim my usual dentist and I was a little disappointed at first as I have seen Dr. Kim a few times before and am very comfortable with him but Dr. Kim was also excellent. I would recommend this office to everyone.

Everyone who works at Smile Care is fantastic. They are very thoughtful and go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable in every way. The dentist always shows you your x-rays and explains your plan of care so you are never left in the dark or have hidden fees popping up unexpectedly. Dr. Bryon Kim is my dentist and I highly recommend him. He is phenomenal. Give them a try, I think you will be pleased.

Unprofessional staff interaction involving the Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, Dominique, who came across as unwelcoming and dismissive. Although I was briefly in a rush during my visit due to long wait times, I later called back to confirm the quoted amount to ensure I had recorded it correctly. I had taken a photo of the paperwork for reference; however, it was assumed that I had not taken any paperwork with me. During the call, I received remarks from Dominique such as, “Had you not been in a rush,” and “Like I told you,” “If you had listened,” as well as “If you had taken your paperwork with you,” and “I explained that to you yesterday in the chair,” which felt unnecessary given that I was simply seeking clarification and made it seem as if asking a simple question was a major inco

Dr. Navad Sharif recently performed surgery on me and he was excellent. His manner and kindness and skill were very impressive. I was scared and I felt relieved and in very good hands.
