Pay Less Pharmacy

I can't say much about the store but the Pharmacy is great. They do need more help but they are always spot on, never grouchy and help with any way they can. I have been to almost all pharmacy's in Muncie, Payless Tillotson outshines them all. I wish that they could get more help because everyone works their hind end off. Keep up the good work!!!!

Wow...... Not only did they have people lined down the aisle their were so many and they wouldn't call for any help. They were incredibly incompetent!!!! I had my insurance card that helps pay for food. The woman manager comes over and tells me to use food stamps first. That makes 0 sense. It would just use all food stamps and leave 0 for insurance. She assures me this is how their store works. Their systems just changed. Guess what happened... Exactly what I said would. INCOMPETENCE!!!!!!! NEVER WILL I GO BACK...EVER!!! THEY LOST A VERY VALUABLE CUSTOMER!!!!!😡

Really need to hire more cashiers for this location. No matter what time of day I am here I’ve always had to wait in extremely long lines. Even at the self checkout. “Which is normally the only 1 of 2” lanes that are open.

I love the staff in the pharmacy. They're so friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and well stocked.

Jason, Greg, and the others do an excellent job of running the pharmacy. Always going the extra mile. Thank you all for all you do.
