I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience. Dr. Patterson is a nice and gentle dentist, and I appreciated his demeanor. Unfortunately, my experience with Stoney Creek Family Dental was frustrating due to insurance coordination and communication issues. Despite multiple confirmations from Humana that my crown was authorized, the office staff refused to verify it and spoke over me when I tried to clarify. This led to a complete loss of trust, and I have decided to transfer my care to another provider. There are additional details about how my case was handled that contributed to my decision, but the issues described here are the core concerns. Amazing! Doc is so nice and informative as well as the rest of the staff! I have not been to a dentist in over 20 years over a bad experience. Went in for 2 teeth that were hurting severely. Same day Doc removed them made me very comfortable and informed throughout the whole process and best of all I honestly have very minimal pain. If you're reading this to determine a dentist I highly recommend stop looking now and call Dr Patterson and his amazing staff.

Today was step one of a two-step bridge installation. Quite a bit involved but Dr. Patterson and team handled me and my teeth flawlessly. COMPETENT. CARING. GENTLE. FRIENDLY. AFFIRMING. All things you want in a dentist and staff. I cannot recommend Stoney Creek Family Dental enough.

Awesome dental office. Staff are very kind and make you feel safe. Dr Ken is super cool and informative. Very nice place to go if you have anxiety about dentists.

They are always kind and positive each and every time I have been in, and which has been alot lately (lol). I highly recommend Dr Patterson for you and your families dental care.
