Wilson's Hearing Aid Center

Absolutely the place in Muncie for your hearing needs. Wilson's Hearing Aid Center has been around almost 30 years and the same owner, Chuck Wilson. My Father was a long time customer and trusted Chuck and staff for many years. They provide full service hearing aid needs from new, to rebuilt and will repair purchases at no cost. They even have an ear wax removal service. The kindness and care the staff had shown my late Father was genuine. He was like family to them and became close friends with Chuck. I highly recommend Wilson's and happily give them a full 5 stars.

Wonderful staff, very helpful with all the questions my mom had. We have been to other hearing aid places in other towns. They don't hold a candle when it comes to being there for the person who needs help hearing. I highly recommend going here for any hearing problems. Definitely a 5 star for sure.

Terrible service. Would never recommend. They tried to charge me $75 dollars to fax my hearing aid test to another provider because I did not get my hearing aid from them! The young girl I spoke to on the phone was rude and hateful

Went in 2 get my hearing aid fix. Only 2 find out it had 2 be sent off 2 be fix,that's ok I have a old back up hearing aid, but they didn't seem concerned if I had 1..she thought I was in there 2 have it cleaned, I had 2 tell her again no ...it needs fix,I'm thankful that I had a old back up 1. I'm death in my left ear,I only wear 1 hearing aid ,she ask for the other 1 I said I only wear 1, you are not getting it.i had it made somewhere else years ago.never had a issue with it.the 1 that needed fix thank goodness it was still under warranty...
