I stopped by to simply inquire if Dr. Callison was experienced in animal eye surgery. The doctor, her assistant and the office lady began pushing other services that totaled over $1.200.00! I was handed a copy of a the surgical estimate. Our discussion became an argument so I attempted to leave. I was informed my "visit" cost was $29.50. I stopped by to ask a question only. The manipulation and their arguing with me caused me to be confused since I am 89 years old and recently had complicated surgery myself. So I wrote Pet Paws my check so I could get out of their clutches. I certainly will avoid this business forever.

My cell has not been working and I could not call, so I dropped in simply to ask if this vet is able to remove a wart from my poodles eyelid by appointment. 2 of the 3 women working there took my little dog in the back room, apparently performed an extensive examination without my knowledge. Next they handed me a list of needed services for my dog with an extensive estimate of costs. ($I200 ESTIMATE) I was pressured to schedule a surgical appointment. The overwhelming pressure from the vet and another employee to do this, and to do it NOW, caused me great emotional stress. I gave my reason to leave, then they charged me $24.50 for "The Appointment" Highly Unprofessional. These folks are extremely manipulative. I will never return!

The Staff and Vet were terrific. They made you and animal feel important and at ease.

Really liked everyone who works here and they were so patient and friendly with my dog, the one lady here was a dog trainer and was so informative and did well with my Oliver then this happened... I came in to get Oliver his yrly shots which after asking a head of the appt the approx. Cost was prepared for a $150-200 Bill will turns out my dog had 3 kinds of worms and they assessed that and at check out I was slammed with a $685 Bill and I about fell off my seat. Had to turn away this solution they wanted to give to clean his ears only knocked that cost down 50 bucks. I said to them Omgoosh y'all you racked up this gigantic bill and just exactly what would you do today if I didn't have a CC to put that on cause I sure didn't have that amount just sitting in my bank. We had to have our pup neutered and years prior to now we had 2 great dogs and Paw Prints was their vets office. So now, I couldn't think of anybody else I wanted to treat our fur baby. During his surgery I was kept informed about everything. There were some issues with his teeth and before doing anything I was called and asked if I wanted those issues taken care of now since he was already sedated or bring him back and take care of it at a later time. Since they sedate pets during teeth work we got it taken care of right away instead of sedating him again. Very professional and friendly staff. They were all so good to our pup. He was groomed and looked like a completely different dog. I definitely would recommend anyone looking for a a good vet to go to Paw Prints. Dr Wynter is wonderful
