Paula's Body Shop

I have had cortisone shots and chiropractic care for chronic pain but neither helped as I had hoped. I needed to do something different, I thought medical massages could help alleviate my pain. After some research I came across Paula's Body Shop. I read the info on her website and I seriously had an Ah Ha moment, I knew this was the right place for me. I recently had my first visit and was very open to Paula's techniques, she explained everything she was doing and answered my questions. It was truly a magical experience and life changing for me, I had pain relief after that visit. I am blessed, grateful and thankful to have found Paula. She is compassionate and very caring.
