26FEB.2026 My second time in yrs being here and customer service/catering was wonderful and quick. You have an option to fill paperwork out via online or on paper. Front desk was prompt, professional,and attentive. Ms. C. was wonderful and accommodating. My wait wasn’t long(several minutes)and as soon as I sat down; I was called to the back and Mrs.D was professional and attentive. Made for a wonderful experience getting my vitals and added information. I was escorted to the exam room and Dr. H was professional, precise, prompt and attentive the blink of an eye she was done with my examination for what was ailing me. My entire experience and the process of being seen on Thursday was very prompt and smooth.

I would recommend Patriot Urgent Care to anyone. I was treated so kindly by everyone. The doctor listened to me and did a thorough examination. The place was very clean. Everything seemed very organized and it was quiet. Just a very pleasant experience. I truly wish the doctor I saw could be my family doctor. Very good first impression.

Very good experience. Front desk was respectful and responsive. Nurse practitioner was excellent at her job. No doubt she sees patients like me, with flu, all day, but she treated me carefully and with compassion. Wait time was acceptable.

From making an appointment, walking in & being seen & taken care of, just exceptional! Everyone had wonderful energy, which helps to create such a welcoming atmosphere & also everyone showed compassion!! NP Kim went above & beyond for me which im so thankful for. Thank you ladies!

Came to Patriot to get an antibiotic for an infection on my wrist. Signed in and told me 3 people were in front of me. Sat there with people coming in and everyone came and went. So when I finally got called in and I mentioned this to the nurse. The nurse was nasty and condescending telling me that we take patients based on priority. I was told if I don’t like their service you can go to the hospital instead but will take more time. I was the last patient to leave and got laughed at by the staff when leaving an hour and half later. Never again will I go there. Make an appointment or don’t waste your time. I understand priority in an Emergency Room but seriously in a walk in care center?
