Patriot Urgent Care - Frederick

The entire staff was professional, warm and inviting. My appointment was easy, fast and efficient. I was absolutely treated with the utmost care and courtesy. All of my questions were answered. I never felt rushed. Every possible step for safety and to immediately address my illness was taken and I very much appreciated it. I have been seen at this location several times over the last 5 yrs and I can't make a single complaint. Thank you so much for everything you do!

Marcy M here. I made an appointment (this is key if you want to be seen and in a timely manner). I saw a few folks get pissed when they came without an appointment and were told that the wait would be 3 hours or the next day.. It's the same way if you show up in a restaurant w.o a reservation, you're gonna wait or not be accommodated if they cant take you, so plan ahead! 🤷🏽‍♀️ This was my first time here and I was pleasantly surprised. I was brought back within 15 minutes or so of registering. Everyone was very pleasant and professional and the communication was Great. There was a little unexpected delay but they let me know and I sat in my car and ran to Starbucks, and they called me shortly after I got back. I made an appointment. Checked in & registered on line. Got to my appointment on time. Then waited 15 mins for the person at the front desk to get my co-pay. Then didn't get taken back until 55 mins after my appointment time. No apology, no checking in with me. Why have appointment times if everyone will just be treated as a walk in? I get a delay but this was ridiculous. Once back, the tech taking vitals & information was nice. But then I waited another 30 minutes to finally see a provider, which I understand was due to waiting on tests. Was immediately dismissed of all my concerns by the provider. I am an RN and work with doctors. This was one of the worst I have encountered. Awful bedside manner and dismissive of all of my concerns. Talked a mile a minute, didn't ask about my history. J

Really good experience. Everyone from reception to triage to discharge was very nice and compassionate. They kept me informed of delays and process. Darci was very gentle with necessary swabs. I appreciate the great care with a great attitude. I hope not to need urgent care again soon but I would return to this one if needed.

I must say i went too this urgent care today at a appointment at 12 it was the easiest online appt too book ever. The staff is amazing went above and beyond it was my first time going there and i must say i got exceptional service from beginning too end the reception desk checking in too the triage process i didnt get her name but she was phenomonal and also Brenda my doctor hat gos off too her she made sure i had everything i needed too get better appreciate yall dearly you guys rock keep up phenominal work truly blessing..Thanks i sure will be returning if i have anything else going on with me thats billion percent.
