I had an unpleasant experience twice, while trying to make a medical appointment over the phone with the same person. The person who assisted me sounded irritated from the start — sighing loudly, rushing through the conversation, and constantly cutting me off whenever I tried to speak. I felt like I was bothering him just by calling to schedule an appointment. Even though the call was uncomfortable, I still thanked him at the end, but he hung up without even acknowledging me. It’s disappointing to be treated this way, especially when reaching out for medical care. A little patience and kindness go a long way, and I truly hope this issue is addressed so other patients don’t have to feel the same way.

Been to many military medical facilities across the world. Set up just like the rest but the waiting area is very quiet when I went. I enjoy the kiosks, makes it easy where you want to go. The doctor was very nice and patient with me. The check-in civilians were very nice and helpful.

Easy to sign in for my lab appointment. The two Airmen that took my labs were efficient, professional, and friendly. These two ladies made my day!

I've been trying to get a referral for over a month now. I've asked twice now. Not only do they not call me back when they say they will, so I have to call and follow up. But they are getting information confused. It shouldn't be this hard and this frustrating. The military is ALWAYS incompetent. I can't stand it. Silva was over an hour late for my appointment and didn't even apologize. They can never be on time.
