No one or phone numberto speak to about medication before pickup so you don't know which meds are ready. But otherwise it's services are outstanding

There were difficulties in ordering my new prescriptions under the new system. Learning how to use dosepharm APP, having the required information to order my scripts, shortened hours to go into the lobby, (close at 3pm now & Wednesday mornings?), system being down a lot caused frustration and delays obtaining my medicines. Eventually, I was able to place my orders and received excellent and courteous help once I got into the lobby. The pickup window for refills is still open until 4 PM. There were no problems in this area. Thank you for your service.

Cannot order online, tried for 4 days, extremely difficult to use.. It works much better if you can call.

They don't always text you when your script is ready so I'm sitting here wondering when it's ready and then I send them a message on the app and Ask them when it's ready and then like 5 days later they tell me it's been ready. How am I supposed to know if they don't message me to let me know it's ready ?! When everything is running smoothly it's a good system and I love the drive through pickup. But the whole activation for medicine is annoying. I didn't know I had to activate it and waited over a week for my meds causing me to run out and cold turkey them. Then when I got it figured out it took three days to get them and I was without medicine for that time. Any other place I've been can fill meds the same day I don't understand why they take three days to do so. This is the weirdest phar

How is a pharmacy not reachable on the phone. There is not even an option on the phone anymore. Not everyone is on base. To drive an hour plus to just be told to come back can become a lot.
