45th Medical Group Satellite Pharmacy

Took me 3 visits to get Mounjaro. I would do the text procedure, received a reply that no new medications are in system. I went to the pharmacy to see what could be the problem. They did have it, but wasn't pre-authorized. Why can't the text say " We have received the prescription but needs to be pre-authorized before dispensing." When I see no new meds, I call the provider and they send it again. Get another text, no new meds. When I went to pharmacy, they told me to get it pre-authorized. So call the provider, give them the phone number and am told it will be done. A few days later, find out nothing had been done. So start again, to get pre-authorized. Finally get an email that it is now authorized, start the text to DosePharmacy. I get a text no new meds, and 45 mins later, get a text

This pharmacy is an ABSOLUTE MESS. you can't call them for questions, so if you live far away you have to drive all that way to get in a long line that takes 30 plus min to get to be able to speak to someone. They text me when my meds will be ready and three times now I drive all the way over to be told I have no meds ready. So frustrating and such a mess. Always getting things wrong, not having my meds when they say they do. I hate this.

Have any of you listened to the instructions on how to activate a new prescription? And why is there NOT A information line where they speak clearly and with volume. I’ve listened and have followed the directions on the New LONG link for new prescription. IT DOES NOT WORK. why did you get rid of Que Anywhere??? Help PLEAAE POST THE NEW LINK FOR NEE Prescriptions!!!!!

This has to be the worse pharmacy in the entire DoD. Zero regards for patients. You activate your medications and they tell you it will take 2-3 days to be ready and then you get there 3 days later to pick up and they tell you it's out of stock. The technicians are slow and the customer service is poor. Some of ten volunteers there are useless and seem to make the process slower instead of more efficient

Ive had to switch all my medications to an off base pharmacy so I don’t have to wait two weeks to fill my prescriptions. The pharmacy is impossible to reach and you can only talk to an automated system. The dose pharm app isnt even being used anymore and they keep trying to make it “easier” but coming up with new ways to confuse people. The clinic even told me they can’t contact them and Ive had some rude people on the phone that end up making me out to be difficult for even requesting anything to do with the pharmacy. I will be switching my last prescription soon, and will not be using the pharmacy on base again. Save yourself the trouble and send your prescriptions else where. They will be filled same day and you can talk to actual human beings if you have questions. Good luck everyone!
