Patrick Dooley, OD

Dr. Dooley has been my eye doctor for over 10 years. He runs a greta practice. Friendly, efficient staff. Great service. My only complaint-appointments have to be made 2-3 months in advance.

Store supposed to close at 5:30pm on 3/27/24. We arrived at 5:18pm to just pick up glasses and found the door was locked. We called the store a couple of times with no answer and then we contacted a scheduling person who was not located at this site and she apologized and tried to call the store but she did not get an answer either. We waited by the employees door just to find out if they were open to pick up glasses on Good Friday. Two of the employees looked at their phone as they casually tied to pass our vehicle by, but Tabby was able to stop to help us and offered to grab the glasses we were here to pick up. I completely understand locking up for close of business, but adjust your hours of operation to include that so patients don't waste their time. Just do better for your customers.

Dr. Dooley is an Amazing Doctor! He is passionate about his field in optometry. You will get quality care at a reasonable price. I have been coming to him since the year 2,000 and have never been disappointed.

I am from out of state and had an eye emergency while visiting my family in the area. I was able to get in right away and received great care, a defined diagnosis and follow-up calls after I returned home. They called to see how things were progressing and to make sure I got in to see my regular doctor back at home.

I had an eye exam here today. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Dr. was courteous and efficient. The prices are about normal, prices started at about $140 and went up for frames. The only drawback is that there is only one Dr. at this location and appointments have to be made 3+ months out. Forget about urgent care.
