I had an amazing experience here at PT with Patty. As a 22-year-old, this was my first time dealing with a serious injury—especially one involving my hand—so I walked into PT unsure, nervous, and not knowing what to expect. Honestly, it sounds crazy to say, but I’m genuinely sad knowing that I’ve had my last day of PT here. Patty brings so much care and energy into what she does. Even with her many years of experience in this field, she shows up every single day with a smile, ready to help and give her all to every patient who walks through the door. Patty is the best: her expertise, flexibility, honesty and willingness to work with patients and the insurance nightmare is outstanding. I understand why Dr. Roberto Acosta, my hand surgeon and a fabulous doctor, sends his patients to her. After two major surgeries and two good recoveries, I cannot recommend her highly enough. Other therapy places were somewhat questionable in billing and did not honor cash offers for hand braces. Glad I know where to be now!

Patty and Lauren always take good care of me. They are efficient, kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend everyone to go to them if they are ever in need of hand therapy.

Made an appointment for my younger son who’s a young disabled veteran the day before The appointment they called and said they are not able to see him. When asked why they were unable to see him they Became very rude and arrogant. Extremely unprofessional - we should also always support our troops - I would stay away from this Practice at all costs. Update- we did end up talking to patty herself - The disconnect here was all they had to do was simply say we apologize we don’t accept the insurance, but that wasn’t the case. We were not sure why they were canceling again. It was handled very poorly.

I have been to two hand therapists prior to this one. Ms. Patricia Davis is the best. She is knowledgeable and experienced plus a good sense of humor. I am a medical professional myself. It is very difficult for small private practitioners to provide quality services and run a businesses . Try to go to big places and you will just be a number. I hope she doesn’t get bothered by some bad reviews and join big hospitals.
