They cancelled on me on a Friday morning. They said they called my cell phone 2 weeks prior. I never got the message. They told me they do not check if patients call back to reschedule. This is blatant lack of professionalism. On the plus side, Patricia Martino seems thorough and engaged with her patients. She called me back after my blood test results.
