Experience with Dr Lubin was great but the staff makes you feel like you are bothering them. They make you wait without any acknowledgment that they are running a little late. A few kind words like, we are sorry but the Dr is running about 15...20...30 minutes behind would be great and understandable. Was told in November that surgical coordinator would contact to get procedure scheduled at either South County or Landmark for January February. Let December I called and left a message that the procedure was approved and I would like to get scheduled. A month later and still nothing from the office. I finally get the moody coordinator and explain I was looking to get procedure scheduled. She said I left my appointment without checking out. The Dr. told me I was all set and the surgical co

I had surgery today. I'm was treated with the upmost respect before, during, and after surgery. Every staff member I came in contact with were also great! Dr. Lubin takes the time to answer any questions you may have. I would highly recommend Dr. Lubin as he is a wonderful and caring doctor.

Waited for hour and half sitting in waiting room for surgery! When I asked how much longer before I go in they said at least an hour probably more! By this time it’s after noon and I’m a diabetic who had nothing to eat since midnight! I walked out! Receptionist made me and other patients feel we were inconveniencing her! Not to mention they called days before to say they were having a physician I NEVER met do the procedure because of insurance reasons. I will NOT go to that office again!! ps I worked for a Urologist in the past! This place is so unprofessional!

I have had kinder, more empathetic, and more considerate interactions at the DMV. Dr. Lubin was curt, dismissive, and irritated the moment he walked in. He ignored what I said, told me what he incorrectly assumed I was feeling and experiencing, and became immediately exasperated when I pushed back. I told him I was experiencing pain before and after a concerning symptom. Dr. Lubin dismissed it out of hand "especially if you weren't having any pain with it" and "had no symptoms surrounding it before or after." Despite what I had just told him. When I corrected him, he doubled down and tried to tell me what I was experiencing again.
