Our family had an incredible experience at West View while my mom, Jean, was there for rehab after her stroke. From the very beginning, the entire staff treated her with kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. The nurses were truly wonderful and went above and beyond every single day. They were attentive, supportive, and always made sure she felt safe and comfortable. We were so grateful for their kindness and the way they cared for her like family. The CNAs also took excellent care of her and always treated her with dignity and respect, which meant so much to our family. Nurses are all super friendly and genuinely care about their patients. They took the time to explain process of patient going out for the day with designated people only and that non perishable food can be in a patient’s room for when they desire something different than the normal menu.

Really nice and good place. I say it’s very trust worthy and i was afraid they wouldn’t treat my grandpa good but his nurse is absolutely lovely. She really knows how to do her Job. The staff are nice and I really appreciate this place for all their good and hard work. 10/10 would recommend.

My mother stayed at West View after breaking both her arms and the care and compassion she received were amazing. Mary went above and beyond even checking in on her after she came home. This was my dads first few moments and I was only there for about an hour. Im afraid of nursing homes because of health care in general. He was picked up from Kent at 6 and I arrived a little after 7. Here's what I can immediately comment on: *As soon as I stepped off the elevator the women in the office were so kind. They knew exactly who I was looking for without my even needing to mention his name. *When I was walking down the hallway to his room I heard laughter. Yes, my dad has a dry sense of humor and can be very funny. But I left a man at kent who was feeling very discouraged and who just wanted to start OT and PT and begin his journey toward coming home. The 3 nurses in there were DELIGHTFUL! Dana was the one person I met by name and I cannot impress enough the positive impression
