Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - Stafford

My experience was very positive at this location. Everyone from registration, to the techs to the physician & PA were amazing. My family and I were seen quickly and I appreciated how nice, attentive and patient the staff was with my 2 year old daughter most of all.

I had low expectations when the nurse checking me in gave me the name of another doctor at another patient first location before my visit even began, but I was still extraordinarily disappointed with the “care” I received. I would not recommend anyone this location to anyone who actually needs medical help of any kind. You are much better of getting your via tele-medicine. The doctor who saw me wouldn’t even give me her name.

They have been efficient, had professional staff, and quickly helped me with my more serious concerns on multiple occasions (from infections to injuries). They have great administrative processing and visit summary note-taking (I love how everything you need is printed at the end). Labs, imaging, referral and prescription support on site. A mini hospital, basically. I have no real complaints. Long virtual wait time... oh well. Small parking lot and slightly outdated, but I don't really care. They were there when I needed it; I appreciate this team's support over the years!

My boyfriend and i went into patient first together with the same sickness, we were both taken back at the same time but seen by different providers. My provider was fast and got me my test results and medication in timely fashion. On the other hand my boyfriend was not seen by a doctor, just swabbed and sat in his assigned room for over an hour with no commutation, results or even seen. People who came in after him were all leaving one by one as he wasn’t even checked on by anyone. He sat in patient first for a total of two hours with 0 help or care. We ended up leaving with no medication or test results for him because of the terrible service.

I had a great experience there, everyone was so nice and welcoming. I appreciate all the help that I received today. I would definitely recommend this place. The doctors and nurses really take the time to listen to your concerns
