From beginning to end I found it to be an experience that I long for back in the American healthcare system. Everyone that spoke to me and took care of me knew what they were doing that is a shocker, they were wonderful to me they made me feel heard they listened and they moved me along quickly so I could get in and out. I saw Miss Tran Brough, who was delightful and refreshing, educated and professional yet down to earth. I absolutely have faith in her abilities to take care of me with respect and competency. Everyone I interact with today was respectful kind and had really great personalities which is something we do not find in our healthcare system. All went well for me during my visit for what I thought was a sprained ankle. It was easy to register, fairly short wait on a Saturday morning for intake. There was a friendly and competent person taking weight, blood pressure, etc. I had a reasonably short wait before the clinic took an x-ray of the ankle and before I saw the PA. He was informative and effective in making an initial diagnoses and suggested treatment and follow up.

Unparalleled customer and medical experience from the time you walk through the door. Intake specialists treated me with respect, are professional and knowledgeable. The medical professional I saw was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and provided the solutions for my visit. Also treating me with respect, and listened to my concerns. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs medical care and like me does not have a PCP.

I unexpectedly had to make a trip to a doctor on New Year’s Eve. Where would I go especially since there is a hospital shortage in Delaware County. I was not excited about it but decided on Patient First. I had an excellent experience. Checking in and registering were easy and the process was well managed. Wait time wasn’t bad even during flu season. My doctor was kind, professional and knowledgeable. I felt well taken care of. I had to go back the next day for a followup and the visit went just as well. I even got the same doctor who remembered me and picked right up where we left off. I will definitely recommend Patient First Springfield to others. I also appreciated that masks were available for patients. Thank you!
