Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - Owings Mills

The receptionist (Ms. Adriana) was extremely pleasant, thorough and engaging. She handled my personal information professionally & confidentiality. The young lady who took my vitals, (Ms. Scha'don) was equally as positive patient, and welcoming in her interactions with me. I was able to feel at ease through her portion of the visit. The physician (J. Donaldson) was efficient, well-informed and expedient. He listened well and had me on my way in no time. Finally, as an individual with a profound hearing impairment, all three members of the staff were sensitive and attentive to my condition. They are all to be commended in my opinion!

I really appreciate the level of care that was given. From start to finish, the receptionist ensured that my situation was handled correctly and carefully. After being hurt at work, she gave me the necessary information to help me file for workman’s compensation. I was given an X-ray and the technician was very professional and helpful despite my pain. The medical staff made sure to pay close attention and even during my discharge, they double checked on me to make sure I was okay. I really appreciate the help I got on the day I was seen.

Good evening today I had a wonderful experience at Patience First Patience.The clerical staff was excellent friendly and patient. The Technical Support was absolutely wonderful and calming. The x-ray technician was very knowledgeable and patient with me. The doctor was absolutely fabulous knowledgeable, and made me feel very safe. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to come there. My sister recommended that I come there and I am glad that she did it put my mind at ease after I left there today.

This is one of the most wonderful places that I've ever been to in Maryland. Kind, considerate, friendly, efficient and care about your well-being. The doctor was great. Took the time she needed to talk with me. Explain what I had and what she was paying him for my prescriptions and what I needed to follow up with my family doctor. She was wonderful. It was a great experience for urgent Care visit and it's my first time going so I think it was probably the best place I've been in Maryland.

When you enter in the facility, you have a check in screen it lets you know if it’s an emergency like you need extra care to let the receptionist no mind you I’m coming for my mom. Her blood pressure was so high that she needs to get a rechecked so as she’s talking to the receptionist, she is belligerent rude not even looking at the paper that came from Concentra just looking at it and talking what do you need help with? What is it? What is this like? You can’t read the paper? Are you serious?. Is this girl even a Trained receptionist? another lady older of course came to the forefront and then assisted us her customer service was excellent and helped us a lot. Overall be aware of this location and who you choose to speak with it makes all the difference
