This was my first time visiting Owings Mills Dentistry, and I had such a great experience! From the very beginning, Simone was amazing over the phone warm, friendly, efficient, and incredibly welcoming. She was even able to squeeze me in for a same day appointment, which I truly appreciated! When I arrived, the front desk staff greeted me with kindness and professionalism. My appointment started right on time, and the office itself is modern, clean, and very refreshing. Overall, it was such a pleasant experience. I’m genuinely looking forward to getting my dental work done here. Highly recommend!

Owings Mills Dentistry provides an absolutely luxurious experience! Everything—from the beautiful, modern facilities to the outstanding customer service—is top tier. The team takes the time to thoroughly explain every procedure and answer all of your questions, making sure you feel informed, comfortable, and well cared for throughout your visit. I have been going to Owings Mills Dentistry for quite some time and I must say that Sharies Arroyo is absolutely amazing! There is customer service and then there is customer care…. customer care is Sharie’s gift and it is genuine! She follows through and she is very detailed and supportive. Nobody ever calls after a visit to see how everything went. That is the old customer care approach and people just don’t care like that anymore. Sharies does care and she deserves a raise. She should also be training staff and supervising them so that her excellence is duplicated through them. She can show them how to do customer service - with care!!! Iris is thee best!!! My teeth always feel spectacular for atleast a month after my cleaning. Staff is always so pleasant and mindful. I recommend this office to anyone who asks!!! FIVE STARS wish I could give 10!!!!

I was referred to this place by one of my daughter’s friends as I’m in extreme pain and need to be seen right away. They accommodated me on the same day and was seen by Dr. Jafferies who is very pleasant and knowledgeable and took care of me in s very professional manner. I had a great and hassle free experience from start to finish and highly recommend this place for anyone either trying to find a new facility or change from their existing one. Awesome job and keep up the great work!
