Quick support and service, and though I try not to find myself in the urgent care often as I have, the medical team and staff has been so helpful. They always address all concerns and ensure that I walk away understood and getting on the path to recovery. PA Thurston is top notch in support and spot on care. Definitely makes the experience feels like visiting a family doctor.

My experience at Patient First Odenton was one of the best healthcare experiences I can remember. From the wonderful woman who checked me in to every single person I interacted with in the back, the care was exceptional. Dr. Jo, Sarah, and the amazing nurse from NYC made sure I was always comfortable and truly cared for. I was very sick during my visit, and the level of TLC I received made an extremely uncomfortable experience much more tolerable. To everyone who worked on 2/3, you are absolutely living out your purpose, and Patient First is incredibly lucky to have you. Thank you all for your compassion and care.

This was the best experience at an urgent care facility from check in to walking out. It was a crowded dry today but I was able to edit in my car and receive a call. Start to finish was only two hours which consisting the waiting room was packed I thought good. The nurses were great and the doctor super. She took her time to to understand my situation and to answer all my questions once she gave me her diagnosis. I will be using only Patient First in odenton from here on. Greatly appreciate the care level, kindness and professionalism.

The care I received at PatientFirst Odenton was excellent. Everyone who saw me during my visit listened carefully to my symptoms and treated the pain I was feeling seriously. They were all kind, friendly, and detail-oriented.I was treated in a timely manner and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I left feeling much better than how I came.
