Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - Manassas

Completely wasted my time at this location. They clearly stated that they were primary care doctors here and that was not the case. Not only did I spend over 2hours here but will be charged over $600 for my visit. I didn't get any prescription filled. Complete BS and it's a scam. Money grab scheme.I would never use this location if my life ever depends on it. P.S. the waiting room and still spent over 2hrs here. They should be ashamed.

Everything was seamless—from check-in to checkout. The staff were friendly, and the doctors were knowledgeable and attentive. Going to the doctor is usually stressful, but it makes a huge difference when you can see a team working together efficiently and in sync. While waiting, I overheard a doctor helping a patient who was clearly struggling. He showed incredible patience, calmly checking on her and reassuring her when things weren’t going as planned. His relaxed, compassionate response really stood out. That level of care and teamwork is exactly what I look for in a medical practice. I prefer the Manassas facility, they always take care of me!

The staff on February 21,26 around the afternoon shift was very easy to process me in and the Doctor on call treated me . Very professional and helpful. She really made me feel at ease. The young lady that took my vitals was very good at making me feel comfortable. I just crossed over to a new health insurance plan and had to find an urgent care center. I drive past this place every day, as it’s close to home. It was my very first time visiting. Most pleasant urgent care visit ever! Very nice staff. They were able to do lab and x-ray all in the same visit and I spent roughly an hour.

I love going to Patient First when I am sick. The doctors, nurses and support staff are always kind and considerate. I like that they can run your tests and do x-rays if needed. Thet even have a pharmacy. One stop shopping.
