Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - Hampton

It was a very pleasant visit, my first time to go to a facility like this. My two biggest concerns were how bad my condition was and how much it would cost me to be seen to. The staff were all very calm, pleasant to talk to and welcoming, it calmed me down a lot as I was in a bit of a panic wondering how bad it was. In the end I got a clear diagnosis and treatment path to follow and hope that I will recover in the coming days.

This was my second time here and I can’t say enough about it. I had a child with me for treatment and both she and I were treated so well. Just like the first visit I had. The name ‘Patient First’ and their policy of care really is the best I have ever interacted with medically! It was the end of the day and they still executed care, promptness and politeness from the beginning to end of our interactions. Will recommend anyone be treated when needed there. Thank you for your sincere care and professionalism!

My visit with Patient First was an excellent visit. From the front check-in to the back and as my visit was over. Everyone was very professional and nice. I recommend Patient First to anyone. The visit was perfect and really quick. The facility was full and my wait time was about 30 minutes. Once I went to the back I was only there in the room about 30 minutes. Awesome services from all the Patient First staff. Thank you so much!!

The in take ladies were amazing and I had such fun chatting with them! The doctor was gentle and very kind. I felt heard and taken care of. The wait wasn’t too bad and if I need urgent care again I will choose this location. Best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care. Thank you so much for your kind care.

Front Staff- Awesome! Once I got to back the lady to took my temp and BP was also cool as heck yet very professional. The lady who came to steal my blood was amazing I’ve never, never felt a needle going into my body but with her I didn’t feel a pinch. She can screw my veins any day. Then once the physician actually came in she was also very down to earth. And even though I was only there for a physical they made it a dope experience. I wish I could remember the names but this location is amazing.
