I had an incredible experience with Alan at Center 4 Massage Therapy. I felt welcomed and at ease the moment I walked into the building. The massage was amazing, Alan knew exactly where to focus and applied just the right amount of pressure. By the end of the massage, I felt relaxed and renewed. What really stood out was his professionalism and attentiveness. He checked in to make sure I was comfortable, and customized the massage to my needs. It was the best massage that I have had. After my first session at Center 4 Massage Therapy, I became a recurring customer and I intend to keep it that way. Through deep tissue massages, muscle scraping, and cupping, Allen has been able to work out issues I feared were lifelong, many of which have been improved or fully remedied. He often identifies and relieves tightness in one area that affects an entire chain of muscles, increasing my mobility and relieving discomfort. In addition to feeling better, I also notice a visible difference in muscle fullness and separation after each visit. Every appointment has brought me much-needed relief and improvements to both my gym training and overall quality of life. Allen has completely changed the recovery game for me. This is not a relaxing, fall asleep, massage- this is a real *deep tissue* massage; thus isn’t always the best feeling experience during the physical manipulation, but I have had noticeable improvement as far as mobility, chronic pain, and soreness and have recommended his services to any fellow athlete
