I’ve been meaning to leave a review for awhile after my last experience so let me start off by saying the staff is always nice! Very polite. I love them. I’ve only ever had an issue with one person in particular and she’s the lady that’s at the front desk with short grey hair that’s heavier set I believe. The lady with the blond hair at the front desk has great customer service skills never any issues. I came back for Invisalign due to me not wearing my retainer they gave me at 18 going on 19. My issue with Invisalign is that their equipment that scans for the trays wasn’t the best. I had rescans a bunch of times and the retainers would feel like they didn’t adjust anything one bit. Usually techs are pretty fast and get you in and out but last couple visits been longer than an hour visits. I think its depends on your techs. No sense of urgency for last visit. I schedule 8am appointment for a reason so my kids doesn't have to be late for his school. Overall they are good. Informative.

On Thursday, I had gotten my braces tightened, but the following day I felt a poking towards the back of my jaw line. I was able to seen next day and they fixed the discomfort. Having braces is not a pleasant experience; however the team at Orthopedic Daily do their level to remove any unnecessary pain or discomfort. Great staff.

We are always greeted with a smile. We have not had any major issues and we don’t feel like just a dollar sign. Great service

The Staff is The Absolute BEST! They are professional, friendly, and have gone out of their way to accommodate my daughter and myself over the past two years.
