Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - Gainesville

This is a top notch urgent care. I have been at least 4 times and the wait is always short and the care is high quality. I can’t speak for the waiting times during busy or peak hours but I presume they are always efficient, yet patient-focused, when they treat people. I have visited for a variety of issues for myself and my young daughter and I’m always impressed by how personable the team is, how quick I am to see a doctor, and the thoroughness of the work ups. I always turn a corner to better health after coming to Patient First in Gainesville.

The hours are very good, but opening at 7am rather than 8, would be spectacular. The facility is impeccable and the front staff very pleasant, capable and efficient. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. The nurse taking my vitals was very professional, and had a lovely attitude of care and efficiency. The physician greeted me by introducing herself, conducted the necessary exam, thoroughly explained test results and answered my questions respectfully. I love this facility. A+

This specific location is my go to spot for all of our family's urgent care needs. They are friendly, caring, thourough, efficient, and knowledgeable. We've been here many times and you can count on it being a great experience every time. I even took my elderly mother when she became ill while visiting us. I trust them with the youngest member of our family to the oldest.

I visited the clinic yesterday and was very pleased with my experience. The entire visit took less than two hours, during which I was seen by a doctor and had several procedures completed to help diagnose my concerns. The facility was clean and well-fitted to address patient needs.

My visit to Patient First was very pleasant. Everyone was friendly and extremely attentive. Labs were done, viewed and well explained. I was given clear follow up instructions and was in and out in just a little over an hour. I have not had the best health care since I moved to the area over two years ago but I'm happy to say I have find outstanding medical care at Patient First an Doctor Doss.
