Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - Falls Church

I I thought the experience at the patient first was perfect. From the very beginning at the reception desk all the way to the very end speaking with the doctor, I felt very comfortable and hopeful that I could address my medical needs. I like the fact that it's A drop in center, so I don't have to wait for medical appointments that are two and a half months away. Things seem to move a little faster there. I'm satisfied with them across the board

Quick, easy and everything in house. I had my blood drawn and a chest xray, and all results in minutes. They gave me a warm blanket and there was a cell phone charger. Even though my visit was really quick, they made the time here comfortable. Rx filled in house too! This is the way it should be. Thank you!

This location is fantastic! I’d been a telehealth patient with PatientFirst for years, but had never had a reason to be seen in person before today. I was in a bind with some very urgent pre-surgical paperwork and they were able to help me out with a quick physical. Everyone from admin to clinical was so kind, understanding, and expedient: everything a patient could want in an urgent care experience! I’m so very grateful for their help and will surely return here in the future if I ever require in person appointments.

Horrible service here! I’ve visited a lot of locations and always received good service but this last visit was so disappointing that I had to write this review! I think the doctors here should treat their patients as human beings first instead of a walk in number! I got bunch of tests ordered for me without being seen or examined by a physician first and when I refused to take the second test a doctor named Ahmed came in trying to push me to get the tests done and failed to communicate a reason to me and didn’t even know that I completed the first test and was refusing to communicate the results to me! He told me I’m not taking my issue seriously but me being there should mean that I do take it seriously already! This doctor failed to communicate with me about everything, didn’t answer my

Staff was very knowledgeable and the care was efficient. Came in for the flu and ended up getting transferred to the ER for pneumonia. I was lucky with my wait time (normally there’s at least a 30 min wait to be seen) but I am very, very grateful to the Patient First team for how I was treated.
