Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - Delran

I had to come here twice this past week and both occasions the staff took really good care of me and were very empathetic. The second time was for a simple follow up for peace of mind the nurse taking my vitals even remembered me from 4 days prior. That 2nd visit ended in a small procedure done onsite and the experience was a very positive, all taken care of.

The visit was very professional and satisfactory for me. The waiting time was none, other than waiting for results to come. Everyone was polite and helpful. I got all my questions answered and was provided with the best care. I will recommend Patient First to all my friends.

This is my go-to place whenever I’m sick. They’re always prompt and professional. I also love that they can run labs in-house and provide results quickly. It’s even possible to get some prescriptions on-site. This place is awesome and I highly recommend it!

The staff made this visit absolutely painless and surprisingly enjoyable! Big kudos to Dr Dimapilis for her fantastic stitch work and wonderful demeanor. It's not every day you find an urgent care staffed with actual human beings who have so much character and empathy. As I said in my visit, I will never visit another Atlanticare again - Patient First will always be my first choice.

My family and I have been going to patient first for about a year and a half now, and their service was always great. Since the summer 2025 there had been changes to their staff and/or SOP, and since then their quality of service with healthcare has plummeted greatly. We went to Patient First in Delran because my son had a high fever of 103, that had been growing since the night before. We take him to patient first sign him and wait to be seen. Quickly were taken to get his height and weight then brought him into the room for vitals. We explain the severity of his fever and the nurse also agreed with the severity of his symptoms. We were then told to “hang tight, the doctor will be with you shortly”, and that was surely a lie. We had waited for over an hour, from 12:45 receiving his vitals
