Brighter Dental

I had my regular dental appointment with Brighter Dental and my experience was awesome! The team was great and professional. They explained everything they were doing and why! It was very helpful! When the dentist came in he was very personal! The entire team worked together and it made a huge difference! I am very happy and glad I didn’t cancel my appointment!!

If you are having jaw surgery, this might not be the best place to have your orthodontic treatment done. As a surgery patient myself, my experience with this office has been unbelievable in the worst way. There is no accountability from either the office staff or the doctors when they cancel appointments. My original appointments were scheduled for November 18 for the removal of my braces and for a consultation with the endodontist for a possible root canal. These appointments were cancelled without any notice, and I only found out by calling the office myself when I reached out to pay for my treatments. I was rescheduled for December 9, but when I arrived they only removed my braces and no consultation was provided. On September 9, the receptionist told me they would contact my insurance

My family and I have used brighter dental for around two years. There are three of us total and have had 6 total routine check ups. The appointments have been cancelled the day prior or day of for 4/6 of the appointments. My mother’s most recent cleaning was cancelled the day of for the initial appointment as well as the rescheduled appointment.

Edit 11/20/25: The only reason I came back today was because the other offices that take my insurance/where my insurance wanted me to go was over 2 hours away from where I live. I dont think what happened last week was entirely the receptionist lady’s fault, so I am not upset with her. but the office manager said she would take care of it. I’ve never actually had someone actually take action in a situation like this so I was surprised yet I am appreciative. I just dont understand why I wasn't contacted to move my appointment prior to me showing up the same day. I would have been completely understanding if i did receive a message regarding having to move my appointment. My boss was not very happy that I had to take another day off last second. What a horrible office to deal with! The office staff is very short and will over speak you while you're talking, the appointment cancelation process is ridiculous (you will still receive text and emails even for appointments that are canceled) per the staff they use a 3rd party to send reminders but the 3rd party doesn't know when an appointment is canceled....you would think that the office manager Heather would say oh we are not aligned so let's try to fix that, she never offered up an apology when I offered her feedback on her staff and the 3rd party company that they use! Nor did she care that she was losing my business.
