Dr. Kaiser was friendly and professional. I felt comfortable in the office, and all of my questions were answered. It was a very easy appointment to schedule and attend. Front desk staff were also friendly and efficient as well.
Went for my follow-up appnt. Staff Is still wonderful and this time I saw Dr. Howie which was just as awesome as my 1st visit. Definitely recommend her! She also got right to the root of my problem and assured me everything was going to provided immediate relief!
I was comfortable from the moment I received a scheduling call for my procedure to when I left afterwards. While podiatry is not a particularly thrilling thing, my provider excitedly made sure that I was advised about the treatment, what probably caused it, post-procedure care, and how a person's value isn't tied to their feet. I definitely recommend this office and plan to return.
1st appointment kind and friendly staff, DR Howie extremely gentle, attentive to my concerns and answered every question optimistically. Thank You
