Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - Clinton

Great experience! After signing in for registration, it wasn't even five minutes before I was in the room being registered. That process was very fast and right away, I was in the back getting my vitals done. The nurse practitioner who did this was extremely nice, and made me very comfortable. It didn't take long for me to get a room and then my blood work was done, followed by the exam. Everyone I met was so friendly and helpful! I had a wonderful experience and was shocked at how fast the entire visit was. I would recommend to anyone!

I have visited this location multiple times and have never had a problem. However, I thought my most recent visit deserved a review. I visited this past Saturday and it was packed! There were barely any parking spaces outside or open chairs in the lobby. I was very impressed with how they were able to move so many people through the various stages of care so productively. The facility is very clean and everyone I came into contact with was very pleasant and professional. My visit was lasted a few hours ( alot of it was waiting) because from what I understand, there was only 1 doctor working at that time. They even had a severe patient that had to be rushed to the hospital but it wasn't a chaotic or disruptive process. I really appreciated how thorough Dr. Opal Williams was. I know

Starting from the receptionist, I love her efficiency and customer service. For my practitioner nurse she was awesome. She made me laugh, even though I was scared. My physician, I ultimately love her. She gave me recommendations. She spoke to me she broke things down in terms i understood. Thank you patient first you made my day. You will be seeing me again and I will definitely recommend you to all my friends and family best Ann Burgess.

This was my 1st visit to Patientfirst. When I pulled into the lot, there were a lot of cars! My 1st thought was oh lord! I'm gona have a really long wait! But to my surprise I was in & out in under an hour! What a wonderful surprise. Everyone was very friendly. I won't hesitate to come again if I need too.

Check-in was quick and easy. Staff were professional, attentive and caring. My issue was thoroughly addressed and I left feeling better, with medication and recommendations for something else the doctor found on x-ray. Patient First (Clinton) is a Godsend!
