Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - Chester

First time going to Patient First and it was quite a pleasant experience. I got there like 5 min before they opened, which there was a line of like 4-5 ppl in front of me. I registered, got called, checked my vitals, did lab work, urine test, x-rays and saw the dr in less than an hour. Got diagnosed and was given the medicine right before I left. The staff were super kind and helpful. I felt completely comfortable from the start, I would definitely recommend and be back. 10/10 service!

Very quick and lovely experience. 3.6.26 Every time I come to visit, the ladies and gentlemen always take great care of me!! From being antibiotics, flu shots, twisted my ankle, to mental health.. I've always felt completely comfortable and cared for. They always encourage questions, and are very eager to get information to you. I have not felt this happy or comfortable with any medical professionals in a very long time. (I have some horror stories, and should be scared to see a doctor! 😆) The people here love their jobs and it shows! I'm so happy that I found this location!

Check in was really quick. Employees were very professional and friendly. Heather Bradshaw checked us in quickly and answered all of our questions, she was very patient and knowledgeable. We had a minimal wait, and it was a lot of patients for them to service. Courtney was the doctor and she continued the exceptional customer service. Thank you patient first for these amazing employees. I work in customer service and definitely praise exceptional customer experiences.

Best experience I’ve had at an urgent care. All the medical staff was professional & pleasant. It means a lot to a patient when the staff is kind & patient. The process was seamless & fast. I was in and out of there in under 30 minutes. They were able to provide the medication, I needed and while at the visit they gave me a warm blanket & a cup of tea. 10/10 would always recommend.

Love the front desk staff “Heather”is amazing and pleasant and the service was fast and spot on. The doctors are always professional and make going there worth the pain of the illness ( no pun intended). Definitely recommend! The waiting area is clean and so are the bathrooms! Always smiles and good bedside manner which you need when you’re sick! 💙💥🙂
