Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - Catonsville

You guys are the greatest. Great teamwork. The last 3 Physicians I seen was better than my NP and I didn't get a chance to see my PCP. I had to come to Patient 1st for help. I'm glad I did. I now have a new PCP with my new insurance. So I hope this year goes better. Thank you for taking care of me in the meantime. My good friends at Patient First😘💜

Everyone was friendly, patient, and prompt with their expert service and diagnosis. All of the medical staff was so friendly and personable. This Patient First is exceptional, and you can tell that the staff likes each other, which is turn fosters the atmosphere and caring nature of the employees. Wait time was minimal, and I even received my medication, which was as so much faster than waiting at my pharmacy.

I’m so happy to have this resource close to home. The staff is expedient and professional, from check in to diagnosis. I can tell this place hires and trains the best. Dr. Sarkar is fantastic. He has sewn our fingers back together, looked at X-rays, given prescriptions, homeopathic remedies for cough, and a laugh too. My house is so thankful for him. I’d also like to note a thanks for new, easier to clean seating in the waiting room and giving prescriptions in house. It’s really so wonderful not having to drive to and wait at another pharmacy when you aren’t feeling well. Thank you so much to all the staff at Catonsville Patient First.

I had a positive experience overall at Patient First. The staff were professional, attentive, and made me feel well cared for throughout my visit. Once I was checked in, the appointment itself moved smoothly, and the care I received was excellent. The only drawback was the registration kiosk. It wasn’t functioning when I arrived, which caused an unexpected delay in the intake process. When I notified the front desk, the response felt a bit unconcerned, as though the issue wasn’t being taken seriously. While this didn’t affect the quality of the medical care, it did create some initial frustration. For the most part it was clean sanitary the nurse that took me back to my rumba's very sweet and polite they were very quick and efficient. I was in and out in no time. The receptionist he was very fast but didn't bother to look me in my face once. The actual physician she was the same almost seemed annoyed as if to rush me away. Not much for bedside manners. I didn't feel comfortable at asking questions.
