I had an amazing experience! Once I signed in, I was called immediately so no wait time. All of the staff were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The doctor listened to my concerns and addressed my issues. They made sure I was well enough to leave and I appreciated the extra care provided to me. Kudos to the entire staff!

This was my first time using an Urgent Care🤢🤧and the compassion I received from the staff was excellent 👌. The visit was quick and the staff was friendly and the environment was clean. I was very pleased with my visit. The staff from check-in to check-out was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I recommend this location highly. The wait time was short to none. That I really appreciated due to the discomfort I was in. The young lady who triaged me was quick and efficient. She immediately assisted me to an available room. The doctor came in maybe 2 minutes later, no wait time, loved it. He assessed my issue suggested my treatment, nurse came in administered my shot. The doctor returned with my on-site prescription and discharge papers with instructions! They got me in and out! Very, very pleased!

I arrived feeling very anxious and left with a huge smile. The intake staff checked me in promptly and was both professional and cheerful. The nurse who cleaned my wound was extremely attentive and kind. The doctor and her assistant immediately put me at ease and quickly relieved my anxiety. The doctor was exceptionally knowledgable, very kind and super-caring; and she took the time to thoroughly explain how to care for my wound until my follow-up visit. Thank you to everyone for making my visit such a pleasant experience!
