New Era Pharmacy

Very efficient. Able to get prescriptions filled in a very timely manner that both Walgreens and CVS said was on back order and would take at least 30 days. Have used New Era for the last 3 months and will continue to do so.

Customer service was great, but I bought the "last bottle" of Pure Castile Soap. The cap was broken, the liquid poured out as if it had been watered down, and it was filled to the brim unnaturally, as if overcompensating. I'll just play things safe and order at the more expensive price, where there is less of a threat of contamination. I think it's an insult to the community. Maybe I'm wrong. What do you think?

Called to speak with someone about a refill and after multiply tries someone picked up the phone and put me on hold. Spent 15 minutes on hold before anyone came back to the phone. Very poor Customer serves will not fill again with this place.

I was referred to them by my mom since this is the pharmacy she uses for her medication. They are like family! I’ve grown to love them from the very first day I ever went to pick up my moms prescription.

Great customer service. I would not trade this pharmacy for any other place. They treat you like family. Also, I support family owned businesses.
