Dental One Associates at Steeplechase

I’ve visited Dental One several times and have always been impressed with the level of care I received. Even though my appointments were months apart, the staff remembered me and were very attentive and personable. Unfortunately, I recently had an experience with the scheduling policy that was disappointing. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I was unable to make my scheduled 8:00 AM appointment. Because the office also opens at 8:00 AM, I called as soon as I could reach someone to see if there was any availability later that morning. I was told there were no openings and that I would be charged a no-show fee of over $100. I completely understand the need for policies, but I had hoped there might be some flexibility for a patient who was actively trying to reschedule rather than sim

Dr. Okoro is such a wonderful dentist. She exhibits care and kindness which really helps to put you at ease when receiving dental services. She stayed late to complete my services after the office closed. The dental assistants and X-ray techs were also very knowledgeable and gentle. The front desk and billing team explained insurance coverage clearly and your costs before your services. Thank you so very much.

Today I saw Dr Wilson for my exam and Tania completed my cleaning. Dr Wilson is always great and has been for over 10 yrs since I’ve been coming here. And Ms Tania did the best cleaning ever on me. I’m so happy here that I will never leave Dental One!

I'm a new patient with Steeplechase Dental. The day of my appointment when I walked in the atmosphere felt warm. The receptionist Renae greeted me with a smile, the assistant Jordan made me feel very comfortable being that I fear the dentist lol. However, Dr. Wilson really made my day! I loved his personality, he made me laugh overall just made me feel so comfortable. Ms. Sheila let's just say, she's super funny😂 Her personality was so beautiful! I believe I will like it here. Thank you to all the amazing staff I have met already.

Dental One is top of the line when it comes to service and availability. The staff are friendly and professional and go the extra mile to accommodate your needs. Dr. Wilson is compassionate and professional he takes time to answer your questions and concerns. The office is always immaculate and well maintained. They will always have my support and my respect because they have earned it. They Rock!
